Elite Demolition and Excavation successfully completed a full structural demolition in Bondi, NSW. This project involved the safe removal of a double-storey apartment building, including its roof structure. To protect surrounding properties, scaffolding was carefully erected on each side, ensuring controlled demolition with minimal risk to neighbors or the environment. Once the building was completely demolished, all scaffolding was removed, marking a secure and efficient project completion.
In preparation for the construction of two new duplexes, our team performed detailed excavation services including two On-Site Detention (OSD) tanks, a swimming pool, and a basement level. Approximately 350 cubic meters of rock-heavy material were safely excavated and disposed of using jackhammers and heavy machinery. This Bondi excavation project highlights our capabilities in handling complex ground conditions with precision and professionalism.
