Who We Are

Elite Demolition & Excavation was built from the ground up, quite literally.

Founded by a humble and hardworking entrepreneur originally from France, our demolition and excavation business was born from resilience, ambition, and a commitment to doing things right. Our founder arrived in Australia over a decade ago on a working holiday visa, with just $200 in his pocket and a one-way ticket to Darwin. His mission was simple: to learn English, experience a new culture, and create a better future in the construction industry.

He took on a wide variety of jobs, from picking mangoes in Darwin, selling strawberries door-to-door in Adelaide, to harvesting capsicums near Townsville. During tough times, he even lived in a tent in the bush while working night shifts at a food factory in Shepparton.

Eventually, he made his way to Sydney and began working with a small demolition company, specialising in manual interior strip-outs and residential demolition services. It was there that he discovered his passion for construction, demolition, and excavation work. Encouraged by a builder who saw his potential, our founder decided to start his own demolition and excavation business, and so, Elite Demolition & Excavation was born.

Starting with labour hire and small interior demolition jobs across Sydney, he invested all his savings into a $10,000 tipper truck. His drive and work ethic paid off. After hiring an excavator for a demolition project, he quickly realised his passion for earthmoving equipment and excavation services. A year later, he purchased his first excavator, along with another tipper truck and trailer. He taught himself how to operate the machinery, manage demolition projects, and lead a growing team of skilled operators.

We specialise in safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible demolition services, excavation work, site preparation, and earthmoving. Whether it's a tight-access residential demolition, heritage building removal, or a larger commercial demolition project, we bring practical experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every demolition and excavation job.
