AD214505 (SafeWork NSW). House knock-downs sit on this ticket. Demolition is carried out to AS 2601 under that licence.

NSW carpentry licence

397254C. Framing, decks, or joinery that sit in the same booking sit on this ticket.

We do not publish a Class A or Class B asbestos licence number on this page. Elite does the asbestos work on our own knockdowns. The machine still stands down until removal is done, and an independent hygienist issues the clearance when that is the job.

Where most of the work is

Most of the week is Eastern Suburbs, coastal, and CBD work. Bondi, Maroubra, Clovelly, Dover Heights, and the city are the short run from Daceyville. That is where the diary fills first.

Inner West, North Shore, and the Central Coast are still in the week. They are not empty of work. They are not the bulk of it.

Real jobs sit on Bondi, Ocean Street and Maroubra. The Sydney landing is demolition Sydney.

How a knockdown runs

Site look and quote first. You or the certifier lodge DA or CDC. Elite does the asbestos removal on our own jobs. Then setup, hazard removal, demolition under AD214505, load-out, and a block left ready for the builder. We do not issue a council demolition certificate.

So what's next: council approval or a CDC has to be in place before a machine goes on the building. Call 0487 549 909. We inspect, then we quote.
