Elite Demolition and Excavation completed a full house demolition and excavation on Hopetoun Avenue in Vaucluse, Sydney. After the dwelling came down, the crew moved into bulk excavation and detailed excavation into rock. A 14-ton excavator and a 5.5-ton excavator worked together on the same site for rock sawing, jackhammering, piering, and pool excavation.

All material was removed from site. Soil remedial sat in the same booking so the builder was not waiting on a second contractor. This Vaucluse job is Eastern Suburbs rock work: tight coastal access, sandstone, and a clean handover for the next stage.
