Elite Demolition and Excavation completed a full house demolition in Kiama, south coast NSW. The crew hand-stripped the tiled roof first on a tight suburban corner, then the excavator with a grab took the single-storey dwelling. Neighbours sit close on both sides, so the take was planned around the street and a tipper on the kerb.

After the house came down, the slab and footings were broken out and all material left the site. This Kiama house demolition on the Illawarra south coast left the coastal block construction-ready, licensed residential demolition, responsible disposal, and a clean handover for the next stage.
