Elite Demolition and Excavation completed a one-day targeted demolition and excavation in Marrickville, Sydney. This project focused on the safe removal of deteriorated concrete stairs affected by concrete cancer. Using crane support, we ensured structural stability while removing the damaged stairs without affecting the rest of the property.
All concrete waste was responsibly recycled. Our team also excavated new stair footings to support a replacement metal staircase. This Marrickville project reflects our ability to deliver efficient, safe, and sustainable solutions for minor structural demolition and excavation needs.
