Elite Demolition and Excavation completed a comprehensive demolition and excavation project in Stanmore, Sydney. Our team safely removed all air conditioning units and ductwork from ceilings, stripped all render from both exterior and interior walls, removed the water tank, and demolished concrete footpaths using hand jackhammers. The project included specialized asbestos removal, excavation and disposal of all footings according to plan, and precision drilling of 450mm diameter piers to approximately 2000mm depth, demonstrating our expertise in complex structural preparation work.
