Timber framing Sydney work is the structure going back up: walls, floors, and trusses. It usually follows a demolition or an excavation on the same block. Licensed carpentry 397254C.
Framing is only fast if the site is ready. Levels in, slab or bearers true, access for packs of timber. After a knock-down that is often us on both halves: the house down, the hole or the slab prep, then the carpenter. Additions on a house that is staying need the old structure opened up cleanly so the new walls can land.
Trusses and roof timber need a path in. Inner-city streets and overhead wires change the day. We look at that with the same eye we use for demolition trucks. The licence is carpentry. The planning is still a tight site in Sydney or a coastal block with a long carry.
Bearers and beams sit on beams and floor bearers when the floor is timber on piers. Decking is a separate page if the job is a deck, not a house frame.
