Pool holes, spoil carting, and access on blocks that are staying
Pool excavation Sydney jobs are often a hole on a block that is keeping the house. The driveway still has to take the machine and the trucks. The spoil still has to leave. We look at that before we quote the dig.
A pool hole is a measured dig, not a pit you make up on the day. The builder or the pool company sets the size and the depth. We dig to that, cart the spoil, and leave the hole so the next trade can form it. Sandy ground, rock, and a high water table change the job. We will not guess that from a brochure.
Access is the usual limit. A side path that will not take a 1.7 tonne machine means more hand work or a different plan. Spoil has to come out the same way. Neighbours, pool fences, and existing slabs around the yard get looked at before the first bucket. Some pool holes sit behind a knock-down. The house is gone, then the hole is easier. Some sit in a finished backyard. That is a tighter job.
